The hotel could use some updating as the facilities seemed a bit worn and outdated. the AC was not effective in cooling the room, and the mattress was thin and hard.

I had the most comfortable and spacious room during my stay at Hotel Mascagni. The ensuite bathroom was a nice touch, with both a bath and shower. I loved the complimentary tea and coffee in the room, as well as the robe and slippers. The USB point and multiple plug sockets were convenient for charging all my electronics. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary special, even leaving a complimentary bottle of fizz in our room. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of options. The location of the hotel was convenient, just a short walk from bus stops, the metro, and a taxi rank. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning rooms, lovely staff, and excellent breakfast.

The only drawback was the noise from the street outside our room, but it didn't bother us too much as we used earplugs. Additionally, there was a slow drainage problem in the bathroom that was not addressed during our stay.
